Plan your training sessions
XESH makes it simple for you to keep track of your upcoming training weeks and to add several sessions to a timetable that is arranged in chronological order.

Enter training results
After you have finished your sessions, the next step is to reflect on your workouts and record your findings inside the XESH app. This should be done as soon as possible after you have finished your sessions to accurately add your performance notes.

Personal movements & workouts library
Add your own exercises and physical activities. You can register a movement using a variety of different metrics, such as reps, reps with weight, duration, distance, and calories. Make up your own exercises and routines including Sets, For Time, EMOM, AMRAP, and Custom.

Track your scores & records
Record data from your workouts including types of movement, number of reps, and the weight or tempo used for the exercise. You can track your workout scores and movement records over time.

Helpful Sets Builder
The sets builder allows you to create your own rep based workouts. You can combine every movement from your personal library in the sets and decide when to add a rest time between exercises. When executing a set workout, XESH automatically detects and notifies you when you achieve a new personal record.
